Dashboards display a quarterly snapshot of OIG’s complaints and cases. The first dashboard shows quarterly and annual trends of complaints received, opened investigations, and closed cases. You can filter the information by quarter or year by using the “Filter by date” option. The second dashboard shows additional detail about case activity for each quarter. The information on this dashboard includes the number of complaints received each quarter categorized by open, declined, and referred; the number of opened investigations each quarter categorized by the subject of investigation; and the number of cases closed each quarter categorized by sustained case, not sustained case, and closed administratively.
